A rich sweet berry commercially grown for wine production. Specially selected berries are harvested and then frozen to release a sweet, tart juice that is cool fermented to produce an off dry wine. The fermentation is stopped in order to leave some sugar to balance the acid. Serve chilled with light cuisine and cheese, white cheddar and havarti work well with this wine.
