Has a deep, rich purple colour which is almost opaque. It is a very complex wine that is perfectly balanced. Specially selected berries are harvested and then frozen to release a sweet, tart juice that is cool fermented to produce this dry wine. Flavourful taste with ample tannins making it age worthy and able to pair with most meats as well as flavourful desserts. Serve chilled.
